For sorting by cell colour these are the steps

Step # 1
Just Download and open this attached file link is given below :-

Step # 2
Enable macros

Step # 3
Then open the file in which you want to sort by cell colour

Step # 4
Write a simple formula in any cell giving the address of colourd cell (like if you want to sort A column the formula will be)

=GetColor(A1)

you will get some numeric nos. in Desired cell.

Step # 5 just sort out the sheet by those numeric values.

Imp : please note in Excel 2007 this is available in in Sort option itself. no need to download this file if you are using excel 2007. this is only for versions before Excel 2007
