how to revise subjects like costing FM and taxation a day before exam for Nov,2016 exams.

Read the concepts and solve the practice manual questions, RTP and the questions which you feel need revision on the last day in Costing and FM.
Taxation: Revise summary of the provisions and case laws. If time allows or if you remember the provisions, then solve practice manual and RTP.

As far as, FM and costing are concern,

Take enough rest / sleep and do not compromise with your level of concetration, so no big (time consuming) work is preffered.
If you have written papers, review the same and be aware about your mistakes and learn from the same.
Read such theory which are being asked.(eg. the concept of Repo and Reverse Repo)
Then read such theory which are helpful in sum and in conceptual clarity. (eg. the concept of porfolio management, evaluation of risk and return)
Read all the formullea
solve some sums, as suggested by Saba naaz mam use PM, RTP and such other material. Also solve such sums that you could not solve in practicing of papers.
Again, read such theory which are being asked in exams and formullae.

just have eye sight of every topic you feel imp. u cannot revise whole syllabus in a day yet it is not an impossible task but doing this can put unnecessary burden which will not work for u earlier times their are no holidays in ca exam so limitations are put by ourselfs you had cover ur syllabus already and u now just give birds eye view everything will be recalled in exam best of luck
