Hello everyone,
I cleared my first group in May 15, but I have lost my passing details. Is it compulsory to mention passing details of first group in the exam form for May 16.

Yes u have to fill the passing details on the form. Try to find it or ask it from the institute.
You can get the details from the ICAI. So you can contact your near regional office
