ETds Returns- Certain doubts

Sir, with the recent developments in e Tds returns with regards to PAN -Adhar link, after filing the return, in certain cases, default is coming as to PAN -Adhar validation is not done, though it was duly done, and more over Form 16A is also getting generated, but demand remain same in the eTDS defaults mail. What could be the reason sir?, kindly help me out sir.
