Error in quest of IDT old final

i noticed the error too......but i knew the question was on Manufacture and remembered the case law .........the facts were same as the facts of the case mentioned in the paper........so no problem........in fact while writing the answer i mentioned that manufacture is defined under section 2(f) of CENTRAL EXCISE ACT 1944........

so while attempting paper iam sure if i find any mistake i will correct it in my answers

whenever i read module i find many mistakes

well ICAI should be responsible enough not to commit such mistakes 

but if it does

wat can we do ?? except suffering ?

i hav just read the que. nd got it................so no wastage of time.......

come on yaar, we know it was 2(f) instead of 2(5), but anyways its was a professional examination and that too at final level, so accourding to me the institute should accept that it was a falt on their part, if the institute inself shows a NO CARE ATTITUTE what will the students do.
