Eligibility of tax audit
CMA's are eligible for tax audit?
plz give the information.

Currently no,CMAs are not empowered,however if the the provisions of DTC come into force,there is a proposal to include CWAs and CSs to conduct tax audit. However it is still not in force and is still in discussion stage
