Electricity reimbursement
Sepreate bill is raised for reimbursement of electricity charges from tenants.. Is GST applicable??

As per new rules you can claim electricity charges in GST input credit.
GST register dealers only avail this facality,

We are renting a immovable property and charging rent with GST @ 18%, same thing to Electricity charges we receive bill from BESCOM and supplying the same to tenants do we have to charge GST for the same and along with this we bill DG Charges do we have to charge GST to this also. Kindly reply
