education cess on wct

	On tds/tcs, there is no education cess except on salary. But i have a doubt regarding wct i,e work contract tax. My question whether there is education cess on wct or not. Please clear my query;

	WCT has two type of taxes 1) service tax + here education cess + secondary & Higher Secondary Education Cess 2) VAT ( no EC)
