no, i dont think ca final people will get loans.....you may get scholarships with conditions will apply for that........

Sorry for ICAI course, it's not possible bcz loan can be taken by individual for favor of Higher education and Higher education means as per IT Act as follows;-
Higher education" means full-time studies for any graduate or post-graduate course in engineering, medicine, management or for post-graduate course in applied sciences or pure sciences including mathematics and statistics.

Not possible in Nationalised Banks, but donno abt Private banks.
