E Invoice Generate Directly from GST Portal

We  Generate  Invoices Daily Maximum  2 or 3 Nos.

Question: Can We Generate E - Invoice Directly at  E- Invoice Portal  like Generate of  E Way Bill ?

i.e.   Without any Off line  Excel Tools, Json Files , Billing Software etc.
