Any person earning income more than 10 Lac Rs, by salary in AY 12-13, is required to file ITR online WITH DSC OR NOT?

NO. DSC is required only for a person having professional receipts of more than 25 lacs or having turnover exceeding Rs.60 lacs u/s 44AB or having profit less than 8% u/s 44AD.

Income is not criteria for using DSC. Criteria is to see whether that person is liable for tax audit u/s44AB of not. So in above case it is not required to file ITR online using DSC.

DSC NEW RATES (SIFY)

Dear Sir,

We wish to inform you that DSC industry is passing through very crucial stage. All the Certifying Authorities i.e. [(n)code, TCS, Sify, emudra] have unanimously pooled up and hiked the prices of DSC extravagantly w.e.f. 1st May 2012. This hike is 2.5 to 3times.
