	I want to know about the provision regarding e-filing above 10 lacs of income. Whether digital signature is mandatory in case of individual retired person (Civil service ) ? Whether e-filing is mandatory in this case ?

	E filling is Compulsory, but digital signature is not required

	It is mandatory to file your return if your income is above 10 lacs. However, digital signature is not mandatory for anyone. If you file without digital certificate, the only burden is that your have to send signed ITR-V form to IT department.
