if the details as per 26 AS from the same deductor is diffrent from the T.D.S certificate given by them, then in e filing which payment should be taken.

go for 26 AS ,coz as the whole Income tax thing is centralized on data management basis,
just think they wont allow something that not with their DB,
like in ur case
TDS certificate shows something else than 26AS
,and sometimes it takes time to get in to 26 AS,
after all most TDS certificates are prepared by some third party softwares
so i better go for 26 AS,it will make more easier for refund cases! or tax ones too!
