E-file in response to notice u/s 139(9)
SIR I HAVE FILE MY INCOME TAX RETURN FOR AY-2016-17. I WAS HAVING A TDS REFUND.
BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND. I GOT AN MESSAGE (e-File in response to Notice u/s 139(9)) .and this error was mention ( Tax Payer having income under the head “Profits and gains of Business or Profession” but not filled Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account)
SO MY QUESTION IS SIR NOW WHAT TO DO??? NAD HOW TO DO???
SO I CAN GET MY REFUND BACK.

Show your returns to a CA and he will help you out. Seems you have not shown proper income or not shown income under proper head.
