By what time ICAI will be uploading the pdf formats of the course books of 'Revised Scheme of CA course' ?

Has ICAI started supplying physical books ?

Not yet, But you could expect both the physical books as well as ebooks to be available by September-October.
Do note that the ICAI will also be going for a centralised system where you could register, order and the all the dispatch related formalities will be done online, you won't even need to visit your Branch.
