Sir,

Plz brief us how to register in Delhi as a Trader and how to know our jurisdiction in Delhi.

What are the documents requirements?

How many days will be taken?

Main and important, what is the reasonable fee?

Plz remove the above said queries as soon as possible and catch the registration in Delhi.

Sir there is a 1 medical store with 2 partner they opened there bank A/c on 1 Jan 2014 & Partnership Deed As on 3 April 2013 and they started there bussiness and purchase something 40 lakhs & sales Something in Cash 25 lakhs & in Bank 4 lakhs so in Vat Registration in Turnover Effective Date they are asking. so if from starting 1 day of puchase bill i will maintain there records so can they get setoff after Registration. Please Reply Sir .let me know the solution for this.

Mr. Manoj,

In case you are applying for DVAT+CST registration number, then your effective date must be the date of first central sale you have made!!!! Purchase made before 1st sale will not attract any input credit.!!

Mr. Harendra,

firstly, you have to apply for your PAN Verification online under the registration tab on the DVAT homepage then after verification of PAN, you will be login by your reference ID in PAN verification and mobile number you have entered in the Verification PAN as your password. and after login you must have to fill form after login.!!!

Documents required:-

1. 1st Purchase bill, 1st Sale bill with builty.

2. Latest paid electricity bill.

3. Rent Agreement or NOC

4. Bank Account statement.

5. Stamp Fees - 1000 for DVAT and 100 for CST registration form.

6. PAN Card

7. Address Proof of the Authority.

After filing and submission of form, Deptt will allot you a TIN No. instantly. and inspector will visit within 15 days at your premises. When inspector visits your premises, the prop. or director or partner as the case may be, must present at that time. After visit, he will make a report to Deptt. and then after 1 week you will get your RC online after login with the same TIN No. and password in DVAT-06 (under profile tab).

Sir,

In this reagrd if you do the TIN Registration then what is your professional fee, all expenses include.

Further in this regard my queries that How to know our juridection in this regard plz guideline to us and secondly Inspector Fee is Open fee or under table fee.

Beacuse I have also done the TIN registration but only in U.P. there is Inspector fee under table fee.

Sir,

Plz need some advice regarding DVAT Registration i.e. I have applied DVAT registration and same is verified in DVAT website but dealer premises inspection has not been verified till date. What have to do in this position I have three time complaint on website but not recd. any response in this regard. So that, it is requested to you issue the legally opinion in this regard.
