Do i need to pay seperate penalties for both DVAT and CST return for Quarter ending 31/03/2015. What is the total amount of penalty i need to pay. Also if the return DVAT and CST is nill, do i need to pay Penalty?

Yes you need to Pay seperately for Both VAT & CST. Rate of Penalty is Rs 500/- per day for each act.
Amount of Penalty you will get to know after loging into Dvat Site by clicking on Penalty history under Assessment tab (if Department uploaded the same at Site)
