A client of ours has recently registered with the department of sales tax in delhi.My query was whether the downlaoded RC certificate is valid or do we need to get the same printed out and signed by the VATO from their respective wards ?

RC available for download on DVAT site is valid registration proof..
Online RC is stamped from DVAT authorities and accordingly doesnt need further attestation of authority.
