sir i have a client who does not have the pan number right now and he wants to carry the business in urgent basis . in that case he wants tot start the business in his brothers name so in that case after 6-7 months he wants to tranfer the business to his own name is this possible in dvat thanks sir

Yes it can be possible. He can start the business in the name of his brother & after obtaining pan no. he can file amendment online in Dvat 07 & submit the hard copy in the deptt

when i file the itr on the incometaxefilling.gov.in then there is some problem is happening

can you tell me how much of total income i need to put in the site

if i add 38629 in the total income side column

then the income tax is nil

, there is a refund is also

what can i do sir

It is better to refer to Part B of form16 while filing ITR because deductions for the year would not have been taken into account in the column amount paid/credited. Also it is not clear how you got 38629 and other information.

if i take partb of form 16, so then there is a refund is claim

Information that you have given is incomplete to answer your query. One possibility I could think of is perhaps the rebate u/s 87A is not considered in form 16 which is being reflected in ITR.

i am going to file dvat04 but we dont have an address proof i.e the office is in the name of owner father and there is no a rent is received

what can i do to make a address proof

yes you are right

that means the form 16b is wrong

For address proof u can take electricity bill or telephone bill in the name of owner's father because his father is the owner of the office & u should also take a noc from the owner
