dummy articles means what???

it means that a person joins articleship under a practicing Chartered Accountant in paper but does not actually go for his articleship training  in reality !!

But from now on the ICAI wil be taking very strict action against those found indulging in these activities !!!

DUmmy means: An immitation of some one.

Articleship : A period of 3-3 and 1/2 years which every CA student has to suffer.

SO DUmmy Articleship means: A replica of an Article who suffers this period on Papers but not in actual world, i.e he is replica of an article but not an article actually.
