Dsc and efiling

The IT  departements efiling procedure says that  the system  can be  set to work for efilng using DSC in Mozilla and  and chrome etc but it dies not work except  by using the explorer.The  DSC suppliers also say it will not work in any aother browsers other than EXplorer.It is not clesr as  why there is no carity as regards this.
