Doubt about deduction u/s 80c

Dear All

Please Clarified about,  Which amount can  claim  U/s 80C  or which amount not claim u/s 80C.   As  Tuition fee, Transport charges, Development fee, Magazine fee, I-Card And Class photograph Fee , Dairy fee, P.T.A. Charges, Computer Fee. etc. i read ready reconer but not doubt.
