It is deductible only if Nathdwara Temple is mentioned in the notified temples list
further if it is mentioned then u first need to caculate the qualifying amount as per 80G and then calculate the actual amount of deduction

First verify if the trust is eligible for 80G deduction. This can be verified from te trust itself, as well as the eligibility is also mentioned on hte receipt of the trust whihc it provides to you after making the payment.

Yes, if temple registred under 80G(5) for dontaion receipts.
u required to take receipts of that donation and PAN of temple/trust.
than u eligible to take 50% amount benefit as deduction u/s 80G.
