Donation to pm national relief fund

Hello Experts,

I want to make a contribution of Rs.500/-  in PM National Relief Fund through Net Banking of my Account but donation certificate will be issued in favour of my mother wil be valid for my mother income tax purpose. She is a govt. employee.

Kindly advice.
