Does change in pan requires change in memorandum of assciati

Hello All ,

A girl is a director in a company and has PAN card in her maiden name. After she got married ,there woule be change in the PAN detail ,so does it requires Change in DIN and Memorandum of Association since there is a change in her surname as well address ?

What is the process ?

i dont find any reasons to change the memorandum !!

Change in DIN No. is required but there is no need to change the Memorandum of the Company.

Hi,

You will be required to make correction in DIN by filing form DIN 4 for change in her surname as well address.

Also there is no need to make correction in Memorandum of Association of the company.
