Do unlisted small private companies need to have managing director only for a tenure of 5 years
section 196 subsection 2 implies the tenure of only 5 years at a time for appointment of an MD whole time director or a manager is this applicable to small unlisted private companies as well with turnover even below 1 crore aur ine a pre revenue stage
