Dividend remittance outside india-procedure

We have to remitt dividend outside India.  As per known procedure we have to submit A2, RCD1 and RCD 2 for authorised dealer for remittance of dividend.  However our auditors are insisiting that RCD1 and RCD2 is no longer required.  

I want to know the exact procedure for remittance of dividend.
