Physical system is a tangible one which operates to accomplish a task or a goal

Open system : which interacts freely with environment by taking input and giving output eg: Educational systems, All business enterprises if they are open system they cannot survive
Closed System: Which does not interact with environment

closed system do not get any feed back whereas open system gets feedbak from their external environment for their survival

In terms of conitinuity, closed system will vanish fast as they dont have any interaction from the environment wheras the open system , sustain for a period of time by generating suplus out of its process.
