Disallowance of employee epf esic contribution

Dear all,
Due date of payment of employee's epf, esic contribution is 15th,21st of the following month respectively inwhich such wages incurred/paid.As,employer's epf and esic contribution in disallowed if it is paid before filling return date.i.e.30th sept.But, may i know when employee's contribution towards epf and esic will be disallowed??
