what is the implication of AOC3 & AOC4
If AOC 4 is a e-form then why it is not being shown on MCA website.

Applicable annexures are:
AOC-2: Related party transactions
MGT-9: Abstract of annual return
CSR reporting under Rule 9 (if applicable)
AOC-3 and AOC-4 are not annexures to directors' report.
