Yes He can be oppinted as WTD in two companies including the co. in which he is MD

As per my perception a person can be appointed as MD of a Company even if he is MD in one other Co. But same doesnt holds good in case of WTD. A person cannot act as WTD in one Co and MD/WTD in other Co.

as sneha mam said there is no problem for managing drectors,

but for whole time directors this link says little different,
