In case quantum appeal is decided and tax on such appeal is paid and penalty pending on such appeal is below Rs. 10 Lacs, then what will be the consequences for Penalty Appeal ?

My friend this scheme is applicable only for those cases in which appeal is pending against any assessment order or penalty order to CIT(A).

If appeal is decided than you can't go to this scheme for this case but if appeal is filed for penalty order and penalty appeal is pending upto 29 feb 2016 then you can apply for this scheme....
