Dear you have to see new case laws came after october, 2009 to april , 30, 2010 and as well as any notification and circular between that period from income tax india websites, from my point of view finance act 2009 is more inportant to nov 2010 examination , best of luck for exam,s preparation,
the institute will issue a new booklet for case law & amendments soon then?

thanks ... any idea when can i expect the new edition to be issued so that i may plan my studies accordingly. could someone explain to me the impact of this announcement?
