Dear Experts,
Foreign National wants to start a business in India by forming an entity, what could be best entity considering Indian Laws and repatriation clause of FEMA, if they want to apply for DIN, what documents they require?

For din his passport and any other address proof and all of them must duly apostilled. And then file dir 3
I agree with NIhar. Before applying DIN, you will also require to obtain his/her Digital Signautre. For this also, you will require simial documents duly appostiled/notarised.
