Din not file for ay 14-15
dear respected sir
Already filled for ay 12-13 and 13-14 but did not file for ay 14-15 and now he want to file for ay 15-16. can do it? how it is solved . please advice me sir.

Return filing for A.Y. 2014-15 can be done only if there is any refund due or a notice has been received for non filing of return for that period.However for A.Y. 2015-16 one can file return even now.
