After getting the Provisional DIN application enclosed with identity proof and residence proof whethe the same can be certified by a whole time CA/CS/CWA who are in service of that company. The meaning of cerified professional is put up for clarification.

As per the clarification given by the Ministry on the practising professionals are entitled to certify the DIN forms and all the e forms.

i fully agree with the views posted by ankur. din application form has to be certified by a person who is a practising member of the specified professions or by a notory public.

otherwise the application form will be returned to the company / director and the confirmation of the final din will be refused.
