Sorry but the question you have mentioned is not quite clear.
Anyway, based on what I assume, if all your sources of income come under 1 PAN, then you can file only one ITR. This is because only 1 return u/s 139 can be filed against 1 PAN. But if your profession and business are registered under different PANs, then filing different ITRs should be filed for each.
