Difference between final accounts and company accounts?

i want to know the difference between company a/c's and final a/c's. when they are been prepared and the purpose of preparation of both a/c's .

Preparing P&L Account and Balance Sheet  at the end of accounting period is called final accounts.

And when the accounts of any company are prepared, it is called Company acccounts.
