Can any one Please tell me what is the difference between "annexed" and "attached" in legal terms??

hi chandni,
'annexed' means addition to the main document. e.g. annexure to directors' report, it is treated as part of directors' report itself.
'attached' means just an attachment. it is treated as a seperate and independent document. it will not be part of the main document itself.
