According to me sez includes ftz. and for difference between sez and eou u may refer to article posted by ccc member. I have bookmarked that article, u may visit my profile and can access it.

FTZ- Now it is not exist, and refer as SEZ since 2005.

SEZ - It is a special economix Zone which is regulated by SEZ Act 2005 and One Zone created by Developer and Inside that Zone all Units established are allowed to trade International or within that trade but not to the local market.i.e Pure Expoer Oriented.

EOU -  A Unit which satisfy certain conditions as defined by Central government to be called as EOU which is Export Oriented. Need not be necessary that these Unit is 100% EOU.
