yeah... u r a quota guy... dats y uttring QUOTA word... begger............. dat y aftr birth u want QUOTA... first in skuls..... in FEES.... desses... buks, etc. after dat.... in clg... reduction in %... fees... after dat while applying for jobs... application fees is eithr fully exempted or hlf along wid % reduction in eligibility..... after dat in merit..... den in ranking too.... beginning to end.... guys lyk u is a big dot on development of dis country.... yeah my english is nt gud as u... bt baap of accounting concepts....
