on next 10000 -20%
on balance -30%
education cess - 3% in addition to this

Assessment Years 2008-2009, 2009-2010 and 2010-2011
Income up to Rs. 10,000 - 10%
Income Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 - 20%
Income Rs. 20,000 and above - 30%.
No surcharge is applicable.
The education cess is 3%.

Construction work has been done in the society. The gross receipts are 50 Lakhs wheather audit U/s 44ab is Required????? The object of the society to promote the economic lnterest of manuals labours, skilled workers of otherwise and for that purpose Construction work has been done. Wheather Sec 80P is applicable??????
