Hello everyone

Can anybody please provide me the checklist to go for demat of shares.The company is a pvt limited co and wants to go for conversion into public limited co. it has been registered only one year back and has not yet started its operations.

Dear Sir,

The Company is having ISIN for the shares which they are holding in demat mode. If the company wishes to allott further shares through demat mode whether they require to obtain fresh ISIN
