Private employee can take car loan benefit under 80c or not ?
If employee pay rent for house is he ilable for take rebate from income tax without inform emoloyer?
For interest on car loan,there is no benefit under sec 80c. Unless you are doing business, you can not claim the interest expenditure nor the depreciation.
If employee is not getting HRA, then he can claim benefit u/s 80GG.
