	what is the procedure for apointment of company's employees as Whole-time director? Whether intimation under section 302 is necessary? Please let me know...... thanks

	You have to follow section 269 for appointment of WTD. Section 302 is applicable to resolution regarding WTD by virtue of section 302(7).
