Does we have to take only 20 % of itc which is not reflected in gstr 2A

If supplier files GSTR1 quarterly,should receiver claim quarterly basis if he files GSTR1 regularly,pls clarify

Yes... You can. But, Consider the ITC in that quarter. Also insist Your supplier for filling their GSTR 1 return and GSTR 3B return... You have more time
