Income Tax return Filed without Paying Income Tax

Dear Team,

We prepared ITR4 under sec 44AD.
Income tax computed with Tax payable Rs. 19000/-.

But return filed and ITRV generated without paying income tax.

What is the next step for paying tax or can we pay tax now.

Is our IT return will rejected by IT department.
