dear friends i have completed my icwai exam feb 2011 but traning is pending for 3 years

ca is prime target but two times i have failed both groups of final exam traning completed on 20 april 2011 plz suggest me best to pass it and my next target is doing job after may exam so plz help me finding job in industry where i can apply on basis of cwa and completing my ca.
