we have received payments from AP government towards supply of health service under PPP model.
They have deducted 10% TDS and 2% GST.
kindly confirm me on 2% GsT deduction.

Yes , From Oct 2018 TDS on GST has been applicable @ 2%
So, TDS deducted by Department can be utilsed just like cash Payment
yes they have deduct from 1st october 2018.
but while healthcare service is exempt, why to deduct
