same issue for me also, login screen not opening, cleared cache and restarted pc, tried all browsers, no use...... finally i raised ticket.....

Yes for me also Login Page not working. I am also unable to upload ITC-03 "System Error" message coming from 14th April 2018 (shifted from regular to composition scheme) Due date to file was 24th April 2018 which already left. I have also raised ticket on 16th April 2018 but no reply yet. GST Helpdesk Executive have no idea about the same. What to do now? Really disgusting.
